LIC a next Lehman Brother ?

ILFS has become a million dollar mystery to talks about and rather become imperative to understand its impact on our investments. Nonetheless, there are chatters around by which everyone is trying to gauge its deep-shit hole and try to find something positive which eventually could calm the investors at large.

Are we really indicating a next big crisis or rather scandal which perhaps would collapse entire financial system?, not talking about ILFS but i am talking about LIC india which could end up bursting in such a manner where entire system would collapse. LIC has been doing a lot more scary investments eventually for money which comes from retail policyholders or insured entity.

Have you recently heard about any of LIC scheme which would have given bonus or something comparative returns to its policy holders, probably no because of irrational investments that are happening and sounding it very strange to the stakeholders.

Wait for the time when we have LIC as next Lehman Brothers for India.....

Cheers...

Start-Ups really making India or Breaking India?

Startups are coming up as one of making india initiative program run/ promoted by GOI where each and everyone is trying to build their own business model and everybody is trying to prove that their business model is long sustainable and accordingly they publish or look for new investors who can invest in their business model and In fact these start-ups just try to convince the investor to come and invest in their business idea but you know eventually when you see that one would know that these guys are just trying to to sell their Idea and they just want to get out from their business as soon as possible so it just kind of scam because as you would not be much aware about the taxation system also and about the startup definition which has useful meaning by which whoever falls in this category can get huge benefits related to easy finance, tax holidays etc to get tax benefit for the next 5 to 10 years and there are lot of other SOPS are available for them to save lot more money in their early stages so many of the startups are trying to build their own business models and at the same time they trying getting lot of finances from the Financial Institutions and later on if at all it is not happening so probably they will end up making default in those things.

There are several reports which are available on web which tells us that significant number of starts up got failed and their business models were not sustainable, so just think about the investment/ finance which would have been made by financial institutions  which eventually make a burden on our society at large and think about the TAX SOPS which agains has been giving from the pocket of taxpayer money only...

To do a business, it needs sensible idea to move forward and just because a government is trying to lure local business competitive, they can not put people hard earned money on such funny projects which eventually will make india in breaking shape...

There should a separate PL for all such initiative that are being given by a GOVT to just showcase their own motives.....

Cheers!!!!

How our mind works? - Part -1

Many a times we come across a situation where a simple & well explained task which is being communicated to a person is not executed well or as per our perceived expectations.

But when we had initially thought of such task to be executed by any human being with minimum set of skills and we had a believe that if it has been explained well to the person who supposed to execute this task, even though he/she did not perform well or upto the satisfaction, why this happens most of the time?

After this, so called big eminent/ thinker/ management gurus start evaluating about the failure or the gap which was supposed to be achieved by using their academic or purely mechanical way of doing the task as planned…Does this really work when we claim that we understand Human brains/ minds?

It’s not about a question of wrong hiring or wrong resource at wrong place etc. but it needs an extra hand to understand how human brains/ minds actually reacts under different situations..

⧭Is it something which directly relates to the academic studies or age experience that reflects in the performance of any human?
Is it something how keen a guy would be to perform that task which ultimately convert into a well performed results?
Is it something about the age and maturity that matters for a person who actually performs such task and directly related to the results?
Is it something how well compensation has been designed comparing to the peers in the market or as per the education of the guy who performs the task?
Is it something lacks of proper training to perform such task which ultimately would not achieve its desired results unless proper supervision is provided?
           Many more……
The human brains works somehow differently and it reacts in altogether different way what we normally think or perceive. When we talk about the education which might play a role which would directly be proportionate to the approach towards work that one is supposed to perform, we might be experiencing a very narrow down approach of the guy who is well equipped with traditional studies and theories and always perform what actually has been taught to him. When someone studies to a specific subject, it is like mapping a mind with certain rules and one has to abide by the rules which work automatically. On the other hand when we talk about well experienced person to perform a task and expect something new which must come from his/her experience then again it goes like comparing an old cases (where experience has been gained) with this new situation and one would try to frame the task within its own experiences and find out certain deviations which was not there as per his/her experienced task and then he/she would start finding the way to solve that problem in isolation. Further when we start thinking about the performance which is thinning  down and conclude that its reason being non-satisfactory compensation to the guy who performs the task then again if we opt to compensate him then we actually putting him into more expectation Zone where he/she has to perform more than he/she normally does and eventually he/she would not sustain and collapse whereas if they guy does not consider for re-evaluation of compensation than it might be a obvious cause for him not to perform upto the level of desired results and eventually it collapse..Hence whatever we try do to find out the solution, we hardly get an appropriate way of resolution, obviously with no specific reasons.

Sometime people reacts/ not performs upto the so called written performance standards even after all these measures and other sophisticated views from high thinkers but there is nothing which can assure for treatment of such performance dilemma..

There is something called sub-conscious mind which stores everything we have follow- through  from the start of birth and it gets stored everything which actually affected our lives in a significant manner or instances which might have changed our lives altogether and goes into these deep memory. These impressions stay there and do not affect our routine lives as such and we eventually sense that we tend to forget such instances, however it is not true…

These impressions which stays in our sub-conscious mind activates when anything sudden happens in our lives or an unexpected experience which came out at the sudden or kind of a problem where we feel that we are completely lost and do not find any way to come out of it…

That is the time these old impressions come out and attach with our behavior or reaction while we do such kind of tasks even what we were discussing all along till now…It is really important to feel that we should not allow these old impressions to affect our present but actually it is not that simple and hence almost everyone reacts in altogether different way when he/she gets any such impressions from his/her sub-conscious mind. It can lead a person towards deep depression/ sorrow/ suicidal act or even uncontrollable anger which eventually affects to the people surrounds him.

We all study and get experiences and try to change each and every moment of our lives better than it has been in the past and always stride harder to pretend as we have always been a perfect person what we became now. This journey stores in our sub-conscious mind with an impression and can pull back down in the case we caught up with some wrong moments in our lives in present/future and we normally unaware about the fact and hence thinks that since we have changed ourselves a lot comparing to the past then we should not think about those memories and it will never come, but it is not true..

There are many cases you would come across where all success and efforts gone in vain when the person collapse and that moment it caught up with all its impressions of the past and eventually he/she would not be able to handle that sorrow/ moment and finally collapse…

Even the past work history or behavior of a guy would not work because you never know what his/her life was upto and when It actually trigger it’s all past memories.

We would talk about more on this and way forward to deal with these realities and try to figure out some tools which one should embed in its life to live and for its future………..

Thanks…..7 June 2017
